A little goofiness was necessary to celebrate a successful shoot!

How Many!?
Eighteen! Family reunions are always fun and a little chaotic! We worked hard and smiled pretty to get all the right combinations of people last week and it paid off. I had so much fun photographing this beautiful family.

Kylie Smashes the Cake
Last week my good friend Jaimie and I took her daughter out to do a little first birthday photo shoot. We had so much fun (despite the park ranger telling us to leave). The camera just loves this little girl. And the cake? Not really smashed - Kylie is much to dainty for that, but it looked like it was enjoyed!
Happy First Birthday Kylie Noelle! We can't wait to celebrate with you.

Family Love
A few weeks ago I met up with this beautiful family at the Poway
Railroad. Shooting extended families can be tricky, but this session
couldn't have gone smoother. It was so much fun!

Adoring Eliza-bug
I recently had the pleasure of meeting Elizabeth Rose, one of my oldest and dearest friends newest daughter. We had way too much fun photographing this little bug. She was an angel - slept the whole time and let us play dress up with her. Consequently I have some pretty cute pictures to share!
This one is my absolute favorite. Tracy is a book worm. When she asked
me to take Lizzie's photos, this is the first shot that jumped in my
head. I am so glad we were able to get it. Lizzie smiling is just icing
on the cake!

Congratulations to this beautiful family!
